Turkish and Ottoman Turkish

Turkish and Ottoman Turkish

Turkey is an estate that is found in the southern parts of Iraq and Greece. It is occupied by both Europeans and Asians who started moving into the country after independence. Turkey was colonized in the nineteenth century when colonizers went looking for raw materials for the establishment of industries. It gained its independence after those colonizers had left to settle somewhere else as knowledge was increasing throughout the Turkish. Turkey started mixing up with visitors who came into the country to seek a place to stay. They welcomed refugees who were escaping wars from their countries and made it their home. People were held aware of Ottoman since it is not being taught anymore regardless of age groups, or even age sets.

The Ottomans in Turkey initially used

The Ottomans in Turkey initially used Arabic which was a language that was used to write the Holy Quran. Soon after, alphabetical letters started to change and new letters were replaced with those that existed. The original Arabic pronunciation started to disappear as people learned new letters that were introduced in the ancient days. This resulted in changing if some words were used to form new words with the same meaning as it used to be, which meant that the olden words had to be done away with.

Turkish and Ottoman Turkish

As the Islamic religion developed more in the Turkish region, people learned more Arabic because it was a language used in writing the Quran. Ottoman’s language started to become distinct because people were not learning it anymore. Visitors who entered the country were taught Arabic hence they began to speak fluently in it. Mostly, Ottoman Turkish was only known to old Ottomans who had grown to learn it and were taught by their parents how to fluently speak it, then pronounce words.

In modern days, Ottoman Turkish is no longer being taught in schools and other institutions, leading to Arab being the main language. Due to movement in and out of the country, more languages have been introduced into Turkey making Ottoman Turkish extinct. English is used among other regions in a certain state and when making some communications that need clarity since new citizens who have not learned Arab need to get the information. In Turkey, the Islamic religion still dominates, which means the Holy Quran that is written in Arabic is still used. This necessitates all needs for learning the Turkish language to understand what has been written in it.
