Other areas that constituted a major part of Ottoman literature also included arts and architecture, with a bureaucracy controlled by their sultan. Much isn’t known about this nation since they are among the oldest in human history.

Ottoman is known to have its unique poetry language with a style of communication as depicted in their literature. An interesting thing about Ottoman literature is that they created their unique literature known as the Divan poetry to reflect the Ottoman history, their beliefs, and the culture of the people. They had some of the finest architectural designs compared to Europe and America. A few of these fascinating designs included large domes, semi-domes, outstanding towers with minarets, and horse-shoe shaped arches at some entrances.

The people of this area had a unique language of communication called the Ottoman Turkish which was their main official language. Before the 14th century, the Arabic and Persian which had dominated in their literature had declined considerably while Ottaman Turkisk was now seen as the new scientific language. Some astonishing facts related to the Ottoman Empire include the Sultan who was married to many wives and lived in a place known as Topkapi Palace. There was a group of soldiers who were known as the Janissaries. Another key feature about the empire is that it was founded by Kemal Ataturk. These great rulers made the empire have a place in Turkish history as the most powerful empire of all time.
